🔨 Hair salon - Kirriemuir 🔨

We started on the mezzanine area first, with it being smaller we were off to a flying start! Downstairs had come apparent that the subfloor had too much of a bump, luckily for us it was just one bump right up the centre of the room! That sorted we could lay the rest of the floor.

Roughly 40m2 of Klicker flooring installed, supplied by Ceiling2Floor Dundee. This is some of the best click vinyl about, highly recommend it! All skirtings and any other relating wood finishes were removed and refitted.

Bathroom works completed so far.
I think the bathroom transformations is my favourite. It’s always great to see the customer in utter shock but filled with joy at the same time! SRC Joinery for all your joinery needs. 🔨

This is a previous job that I took on, it was little fiddly! These are plaster-in LED covings and when fitted they provide an elegant modern look.💎

These were particularly tricky as they were fitted above tiled areas.
Partitions were built and sheeted with an appropriate cement board (aqua panel) for the tiles. MetalFraming from British gypsum was used in the suspended area and finished with plasterboard. 🔨

This may not seem like a massive transformation but the customers budget wasn’t massive either. So we opted for new wet wall panels throughout, custom bath panel using the new wet wall, new sink and vanity unit. These are the jobs I enjoy, simply customer satisfaction. If they’re happy then so am I! Not bad for a little holiday home 😎🔨 thanks to Daryn Stewart for the plumbing, not bad for one shift!

Out with the old, in with the new!

Wet wall panels installed using Fibo boards. The customer went for a tiled look with a feature wall of hex style panels.
