Always nice to upgrade someone's heating controls for easier use. We swapped out the very unfriendly Uponor thermostats for Heatmiser. The old thermostats were becoming unresponsive to inputs and resetting back to defaults which was causing the heating of the house at random times.

This is a bathroom we undertook last year. Everything needed redone and we really mean everything. The room was stripped from the suite to the tiles, the floor and sub floor. We then laid a new sub floor, repaired the walls, then retailed the floor and walls and put it all back together. All works carried out by Green Leaf Energy Ltd. These are always fun to find..... The owner reported no pressure in the heating system and with not much digging we found this little gem. The system was drained down and the fitting repaired and back up and running in no time. This is a district system we did for the guys at GreenLeaf Design & Build along with all the plumbing and electrical works in the houses. Each heat pump provides heating and hot water for 4 properties along with solar thermal.

Not something we get to do everyday but makes a nice change from the normal. Working alongside Brian Johnston we laid the underground pipe for heating and hot water for the properties. Once this was all finished and back filled it was time to move on to the distribution boxes, housing the controls and metering.

So.... A little water had been getting in the joint boxes for some decking lights causing the fuse board to trip. We too...

So.... A little water had been getting in the joint boxes for some decking lights causing the fuse board to trip. We took apart the joint boxes and dried them out. We then remade all the connections and hung them up on the side of the joists to stop water being able to get in.
