A nice little job to start off the morning down at Cullerne Gardens, Findhorn.

We replaced an active RCD external socket due to nuisance tripping, as improvement works upstream meant the circuit was already protected.

Out with the old, in with the new 👍 We did a fuse board change yesterday along with changing 7 faulty sockets and several pendants.

We carried out the works due to finding quite a few faults after an EICR test.

Good morning folks, here we have a small plantroom/district system that Alex and Tom fitted at the new project at Duneridge. We have fitted a 11.2kW Mitsubishi Ecodan to provide heating and hot water for 4 properties, we are able to do this as the development is highly insulated and airtight. The system also has solar thermal and solar PV with batteries to provide efficient and low running costs to the owners.

Always nice to upgrade someone's heating controls for easier use. We swapped out the very unfriendly Uponor thermostats for Heatmiser. The old thermostats were becoming unresponsive to inputs and resetting back to defaults which was causing the heating of the house at random times.
