Reccess for TV, fire and sound bar.
Shelve compartments fitted with light oak acoustic panel and down lights.
Floor to ceiling acoustic panel fitted either side of wall.

Photos of another job that was a first for me.
A Composite garden gate and frame.

Ive done lots of gates over the years but this is the first Ive done using composite materials.
The customer wanted a new gate and frame which won’t rot and requires no maintanance.
I built the gate using “ warm chestnut” composite decking boards , which match the newly built deck in the back garden.
The frame is built with treated timber, clad with matching composite decking fascia boards.
If you would like a new, maintanance free, gate this summer please get in touch.

First post in a while!
Something very different.
The customer had an idea to turn the structure of an old green house into a “Summurhouse”
Timber purlins and a double skin , clear box profile roof were fitted onto the original concrete beams.
The original concrete pilars were framed with timber and finished with white pvc cladding.
2 windows were installed to allow for ventilation and the remaider off the openings were filled with clear perspex to let in lots of light.
A glass panel sliding door was installed to allow access to the summerhouse through the garage.

Recently completed in house Bar for a customer in Fraserburgh. Making great use of their spare room in the house.

Recently completed job in Rosehearty. New windows , front and back doors fitted.
The existing windows and doors were dated and draughty with a tired looking painted wooden interior finish on the inside .
These were replaced with Anthracite Grey upvc double glazed windows.
The interiors done with skimmed platerboard and a matching anthracite pre-finished sill for a clean modern finish Total transformation inside and out.

New internal doors fitted recently in Rosehearty.
The customer chose a modern Grey Ash 5 panel door to replace the existing oak flush doors. Looks really nice next the white facings and door frame👌🏼

External walls were stripped back to the stonework. Walls were re-framed, insulated and plasterboarded.
Finished off with an acoustic panel feature wall with wall mounted fire, white skirtings facings and window sill.

Roofline renovation for a customer in Fraserburgh.
The existing wood/plywood fascia, soffit and front lining board panel were repaired where needed then clad with “Rosewood” PVC fascia capping board, lining effect soffit and shiplap cladding. All new gutters and down pipes fitted.

Feature wall done for a customer in Cairnbulg this week.
Oak and Black acoustic panelling finished off with black electrical socket covers.
Panels are prefinished requiring no maintance and can be installed quickly. This job was started a completed on the same day.
