🔥 Custom-Built Luxury Sauna 🔥

We’ve just completed this beautiful custom sauna, crafted with premium Accoya timber for durability and performance. The design features a sleek glass door with a stainless and wooden long bar handle, plus a large glass lookout window to create a modern, open feel while you relax.

For safety and comfort, the sauna also includes a safety guard around the stove, a carefully designed backrest, and LED strip lighting along the bottoms of the benches, creating a warm ambient glow that really elevates the space.

💡 Interesting fact: Accoya timber can come with up to a 50-year guarantee! Its incredible durability and stability make it perfect not only for saunas but also for high-quality windows and doors — which we can also do.

Another project completed ✔️

We recently carried out a full refurbishment of the changing rooms at the Pavilion in Fraserburgh, transforming the space into a clean, modern and much more durable facility for its users.

The works included completely ripping up the existing floor area, installing new joists, and laying 22mm CaberFloor to create a strong new base. The room was then fully sheeted with satin white wet wall panels and finished with matching satin white ceiling panels to give a bright, fresh finish.

We also installed two new uPVC doors, brand new redwood benches with hanging rails for clothing, renewed all plumbing fixtures and electrical fittings, and finished the job with Tarasafe Storm colour safety flooring for a tough, slip-resistant surface.

A great transformation and a pleasure to be involved in improving a local community facility. 💪

**We are looking for a Time Served Joiner to join our busy team here at ABS.

We offer a range of building services tailored to our clients' individual requirements. With many years' experience and a wealth of knowledge in the industry, the company pride themselves on delivering consistently high quality at affordable prices to each and every client.

THE JOB

We are now looking for a highly motivated and skilled Joiner to add to our team and work on a wide variety of projects. As a Joiner you will be responsible for construction of a variety of different projects:

- Fibreglass flat roofs
- Timber kits
- Kitchens
- Bathrooms
- Fascias,soffits & guttering
- Staircases
- Finishes internally
- Fitting windows and doors
- And much more....

The ideal candidate will:

- Have experience with a variety of different types of joinery
- Be able to problem solve
- Be able to build from construction drawings
- Be a good team player
- Be able to conduct their work in a professional manner.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

To be successful for this role, candidates must meet all or most of the following requirements:

- Joinery and Carpentry Qualification
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- A full driving licence
- Confident and articulate individual, with personal drive and focus
- Communicate effectively
- Good team-working ethic
- Be able to show and demonstrate a high standard of workmanship

Just completed a fantastic project: crafting and installing sixteen solid meranti windows, all made in our own workshop! We finished them with Osmo Oil in a beautiful walnut color., we upgraded the glass to argon gas-filled, double-glazed units with a sleek grey tint on the outside. Quality craftsmanship and attention to detail make all the difference!

Another happy customer in Fraserburgh! We recently fitted a stunning Palladio leaf Palermo front door with two sidelights and a fanlight, plus a stylish Palladio Dublin door leaf for the back. Both were custom sprayed to the customer's exact color choice and fitted with bespoke ironmongery. Loving how these unique touches make each project special!
