Another Successful Project Delivered for

We’re pleased to have completed the installation of a new permeable tarmac access route at Apetito UK’s Business Support Centre.

Working closely with the client, Roma Construction designed and delivered a practical, cost-effective solution that allowed site operations to continue with minimal disruption throughout the works.

The project involved:

• Excavation and preparation of the existing area
• Installation of a 250mm Type 3 permeable sub-base
• Construction of a new permeable tarmac surface
• Reinstatement and enhancement of line marking to maintain safe pedestrian access and accessibility requirements
• Full compliance with site-specific RAMS, PPE, and health & safety procedures

The permeable construction build-up was selected as an efficient and economical alternative, providing effective drainage performance while avoiding the need for more extensive infrastructure works. Most importantly, it enabled our client to maintain normal business operations during the installation.

A great effort from the team, delivering a high-quality finish safely, on programme, and with minimal disruption to a busy commercial environment.

☀️ Making gardens more accessible, just in time for the sunshine! ☀️

We recently completed this beautiful resin patio and pathway using the stunning Cappuccino Blend supplied by Daltex.

One of our lovely customers uses a walking frame, so creating a much smoother, safer and more accessible route into the garden was especially important on this project. It’s great knowing this new surface will make everyday life that little bit easier while also completely transforming the outdoor space.

Another driveway transformed 🔥

The old tarmac driveway was completely removed and replaced with brand new 60mm block paving with an additional parking extension, finished with a natural border and charcoal infill chosen by the customer. A clean, timeless combination that really lifts the front of the property.

The lads absolutely smashed this one and delivered a finish we’re proud of. Even better, the customers were delighted with the end result 👏
