We arrived within the hour to rectify the issue and make safe for the Air B&B guests!

Even the boss needs a day off!! 🤣🐶

It’s been a busy few weeks at Haynes Drains but since the dry weather, we took up the decision to have a long weekend off🤣

Running a business can sometimes feel like you’re constantly on the go, but it’s always important to enjoy a bit of downtime away from the drains…

Thankfully, the newest member of the Haynes Drains team has shown us exactly how it’s done!😴😂

I think he’s taken the “treat yourself” advice a bit too literally with that beef paddywack, clearly the only “work” he’s interested in today is snack management…🤣

🚧 BIG REPAIR COMPLETED THIS WEEK! 👀 🪏🛠️

We’ve been busy this week carrying out a major drainage repair after being called out to investigate frequent blockages at this property.

When we originally attended a few weeks ago, we discovered that the existing pitch fibre pipework was badly blistered and had collapsed in multiple areas, causing repeated problems and blockages. 😬

After carrying out the necessary works, we’ve now completely replaced the damaged section with brand-new 4” PVC pipework. 💪🏼

✅ Collapsed pitch fibre removed
✅ Brand-new 4” PVC installed
✅ Improved flow & reliability
✅ A long-term solution to those recurring blockages

Another job completed and another drainage problem cleared for good! 🔧🚰

We recently attended a private courtyard with a numerous amount of blockages affecting multiple properties. This has been an ongoing issue for some time now due to Wessex water refusing to adopt the courtyards drains as it’s private land/driveway.

Once arrived on site, we quickly rectified the issue and found the cause of frequent blockages… ROOTS! 🪾🌳

Once the blockage was cleared and washed down, we carried out a minor root removal to keep the residents flowing until they could afford a long term fix.

That’s what we do… We clear the way, EVERY DAY! 🙌🏼🧡

*A quick update regarding our bin cleaning service*

Firstly, thank you to everyone who’s shown an interest in our new bin cleaning service - we really appreciate the support! 😊

We just wanted to explain how the service will work to keep our prices as low as possible.

At just £5 per bin, it’s unfortunately not economical for us to travel 20-30 minutes to clean a single bin. Instead, we’ll be grouping bookings together by street or local area before arranging a visit.

So, if you’d like your bins cleaned, please register your interest and let your neighbours know too! The more people on the same street who book in, the quicker we’ll be able to schedule your area.

This helps us keep travel costs down while continuing to offer a professional bin cleaning service at an affordable price.
