Recent job completed out at brigg.
old roof stripped off and fully renewed using treated laths and fully breathable roofsheild membrane.
New thin leading edge tiles fitted to give a much more modern look.
Loft space topped up with insulation to allow a much better U value for the property, saving on heating bills !
Both chimney stacks re-flashed with code 4 lead.
New Fascia soffit and guttering also fitted.

Another job we completed a few months back in Gainsborough.
Old failing original slate roof 100+ years old, Removed and replaced with a wonderful clay tile known as the sandtoft rivius tile.
This tile gives the effect of a slate with its riven edge pattern.
Also being a clay tile it'll last a very long time and will also keep its great appearance.
We finished this roof off using a terracotta capped angled ridge.
The contrast between the colour of the ridgelines and the tiles make this roof stand out and look absolutely lovely.
Again the customer was over the moon with the roof and also the great service we provided.

Re roof and new garage roof we recently completed out in westwoodside for an absolutely lovely customer.
All old tiles and failing lath and felt fully stripped and replaced with new breathable membrane and treated battens.
New crest anthracite double pantiles fitted along with new dry fix valleys, verge units and dry fix half round ridge.
Both dormers fitted with new code 4 lead flashings.
This has given the already lovely little bungalow an even better and newer look now that the old 60's/70s style roof has been replaced.
