Unlock the secret to weed-free driveways and paths with this DIY concoction!
🌿 Mix 5 liters of vinegar, a cup of salt, and a dash of dish soap in a large pump sprayer (not a spray bottle!).

It works wonders, especially on sunny days.

Remember, it's not for planted areas as it can sterilize the soil.

Stop using glyphosate and chemical warfare on the weeds !!

Further to the last post .. my mower that got me started finally mowed its last lawn last week and ive had one of loan since getting back from my weekend away !!

HOWEVER .. gave me an excuse to get a new one

hello to the new shiny Ego+ slightly bigger and battery powered compared to the old wee patrol izy but one step closer to being that wee bit more eco friendly !!

So on the note of dog poo ... please pick it up before I pop round on your slotted day or incure a extra charge ( please see last post on charges )

Dear Valued Clients, effective July 7, 2026, we will be implementing a revised Pet Waste Policy. To safeguard the health and well-being of our personnel and prevent potential damage to our equipment, it is imperative that all lawns are free of pet waste prior to our scheduled service.

Should a yard not meet this requirement, we will proceed with one of the following options: either the lawn service will be deferred (with the full service charge still applicable), or we can perform the necessary waste removal for an additional fee of £15. Repeated warnings will result in removal from grass cutting round

The successful candidate will assist with:
🌱 Fruit and vegetable cultivation
🌸 Maintaining flower borders and ornamental displays

🚜 Operating and maintaining garden machinery
👥 Supporting estate visitors and educational groups

What we're looking for:
✔ Horticultural qualification (SVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent) or relevant experience
✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ PA1/PA6 and First Aid qualifications beneficial but not essential
