❌ Cancelled Appointments ❌
Hi all,
I seem to have an influx of people cancelling their appointments on the day of the appointment, with next to no notice.
This has a massive effect on the running of the business, diary planning, availability and the cost to me.
Im an approachable and understanding guy, so all I ask for is at least some notice if you need to rearrange your appointment, I do ask for at least 24 hours notice which isn’t unfair.
(Circumstances can chang etc and I understand that) but “I forgot you were coming” isn’t acceptable!
Please find below our new cancellation policy.
To allow us to manage our schedule efficiently and continue providing a reliable service, we operate the following cancellation policy:
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation charge.
• Missed appointments (no access / no attendance) will be charged in full.
• Cancellation charges may cover lost time, travel, and reserved appointment slots.
• Charges apply to servicing, breakdowns, installations, and general plumbing & heating work.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible and we will always aim to be fair and reasonable.
