We’re delighted to share that Preston City Council has granted consent for our latest project in Whitechapel.

Located just a stone’s throw from Beacon Fell Country Park, within the stunning Forest of Bowland AONB, this is another fantastic result for our client.

Delighted to share that Lancaster City Council have today granted consent for the final alterations and amendments to our barn conversion project in Dolphinholme, including a matching double garage.

Building works are already well underway, with Mark Fairclough delivering an excellent project.

We’re anticipating completion towards the end of summer, when we can commission some built photography.

We’re delighted to continue supporting , securing planning consent for a new Airbnb holiday let, created through the conversion of a traditional brick barn on site.

This has always been a challenging site from a planning perspective, given the listed status of the pub and some strong objections, so it’s especially pleasing to achieve a positive outcome. Even better, the permission was delivered within the 8-week timeframe.

The new holiday let will provide a valuable additional income stream to support the long-term success of the business.

If you haven’t visited yet, The Patten Arms offers a fantastic menu, a truly authentic rural country pub aesthetic, and an incredible outdoor seating area. Well worth a trip this summer… and now you can even stay over.
