Boiler Repair Completed in Gateshead

We were called out to a boiler in Gateshead that was repeatedly tripping the electrics in the property. After diagnosing the fault, we found the issue was being caused by a leaking diverter valve, which had leaked into the diverter motor head and caused an electrical fault.

As we didn’t have the new part available on the van at the time, we temporarily fitted a replacement motor so the customer had heating and hot water overnight. We then returned the following day to fit a brand new diverter cartridge and motor, fully resolving the issue.
