Couple of little jobs boxed off yesterday.

Job 1: removal of incorrectly fitted guttering with the wrong fall on it. Guttering cleaned and reinstated with correct fall. ✅

Job 2: removal of broken running outlet, new running outlet supplied and fitted ✅

Job 3: joining canopy wall ground out and repointed ✅

Job completed for a lovely couple down low wadsworth. Water ingress getting in, slipped and broken slates, splits in lead valley, not enough coverage. Valley renewed and re slated with reclaimed 18x10s. Couple of repairs carried out aswell.

Job completed for a couple in birtley. Conservatory leaking at abutment and clear as day to why. Poor seal with flashband just stuck to the wall and filled with mastic and cement.

Valley renewed today a lot of water getting into the building and once stripped out properly you can see why. Old felt perished, lead split in multiple places.

Rained off mid afternoon from our flat roofing job so managed to get this little one out the way. Old verge not fitted correctly, clipped back in on previous inspection but customer wanted it done correctly.

Old dry verge and cap end removed ✅
Mortar and cement board removed✅
2x1 treated laths supplied and fitted ✅
Tiles cut to suite ✅
New manthorpe dry verge installed ✅
Ridge recemented ✅
Cap end installed✅
