🌲 MEET THE TEAM | OUR TIMBER SPECIALISTS 🌲
Great customer service is about more than just having the right products available; it’s about having the knowledge and expertise behind them too.
That’s where our specialist Timber Team comes in.
Headed up by Andy Lees, with Andy McGonnell and Iain Garnett working alongside him, the team is on hand to support our customers with all things timber.
From keeping up to date with the latest products, industry trends and developments, to understanding FSC® and PEFC™ certification and responsible sourcing, their specialist knowledge helps ensure we can give our customers the right advice when they need it.
Our Timber Team is also a valuable source of expertise for our sales teams across the company, providing guidance and sharing their knowledge to ensure colleagues have the information they need to support our customers.
🌲 Whether it’s a specific timber enquiry, a question about a product or simply needing a bit of specialist advice, our Timber Team is here to help.
