What a crazy few months we have had! We have been so busy we closed our diary in March and haven’t been on our social media for a very long time!

As a small family run business we cannot express enough how much this means to us as a family and as a company!

Here are just a few of our recent boiler installs on the eco scheme which in which the government subsidise some of the cost of the boiler for people in receipt of certain benefits. All boilers are chosen and supplied by the customer.

Now that we have some down time we have realised that The C word is just around the corner - that’s right, Christmas! 👀🎅🏻

The cold weather is starting to set in and to celebrate our success this year we are staring the cold months with a offer to warm you up!….

For the second time in 2 months we are again unable to work today as someone has broken into our van.

After the first time we have followed extra security measures which we thought would stop this from happening again but apparently not!

Please if anyone is offered any de Walt power tools could you contact us as soon as possible.

These people need to realise they are stealing people’s livelihoods away from them.

Someone must know who is doing this.

If you are booked in today we will contact you ASAP.

Well this morning we have woken up to a broken in van and a police officer not what we need on a extremely busy few weeks.

If anyone has any information about this there is a reward.

The van was parked at the bottom of greystoke gardens.

As an update to our customers today we are contacting you ASAP to advise the plan as we are running late.

Following the new government direction we will be operating a phased return back to normal work.

This means that we are now available for all plumbing jobs both emergency and none emergency.

To ensure the safety of ourselves and our valued customers social distancing will be in place for the foreseeable future.

We know times are hard at the moment and that is why we have set up a finance option for our customers on some of or products. If you would like any further information then just call or meaaage the page.

🦠Further business update in relation to Covid-19🦠

Last week we put out a post in relation to helping anyone struggling in the community and we would like to firstly reassure the community that service is still in place and will be until we are told otherwise. On this note we would like to thank everyone for the kind words that we have received since 🥰

We are operating at reduced hours at the moment and also have some other safety measures in place;

We fully understand the social distancing policy and where possible ask our customers to stay within these guidelines and remain as far away as possible.

We will also be wearing disposable overalls, masks and gloves. If you have children in the home (like we do at our home👨‍👩‍👧‍👦) please let them know and tell us in advance.
The last thing we want to do is frighten anyone, everyone knows we are a friendly bunch here but the current safety measures can look a little frightening to some people.

Both our customers health and our families health is paramount in this strange and unnerving time that is why it is vital for customers to tell us if they are experiencing symptoms or self isolating for any reason before we attend the appointment.

Like many other self employed people there is a family behind our business which need support during this time and that is why we continue to trade but with strict safety measures in place.

If everyone in the community could support their local businesses where possible then the majority will still be there when all of this is over 😃

COVID-19 🦠

As a local family ran business the current world situation is worrying for both ourselves and our customers for many reasons.

The nature of our work means that we are on the road a lot trough the north east moving from job to job and meeting lots of people on the way.

It also means that we have the opportunity to help those in need at this time! 🤧

We recently came across a post on Facebook and thought it was a great idea and something that we could help with so, If anyone is self isolating and has no one to help please feel free to message our page or text us and we will be happy to drop and leave any essentials such as milk, bread, paracetamols etc at your door.

We continue to operate as normal and all jobs booked will go ahead unless the UK follow suit and lock down. At this stage customers will be contacted and the jobs will be re arranged.
