Just wanted to take a moment to say thank you.

I’ve been a plumbing & heating engineer for 15 years now, starting straight from school. Going self-employed back in February 2023 was honestly pretty scary at first — unstable, daunting, and definitely a leap of faith. But thanks to the continued support, recommendations and repeat custom, it’s turned into something I’m genuinely proud of.

Over the last couple of years I’ve built a strong reputation for being reliable, trustworthy and reasonably priced. I’m lucky to carry out a huge amount of ongoing work for three different letting agents, alongside domestic jobs for the public — and I genuinely enjoy what I do.

One of the most rewarding parts of the job for me is helping older residents, especially those who understandably find it hard to trust people in their homes. Seeing that look of relief and happiness when they know the job’s been done properly, professionally, and fairly priced never gets old.

I’ve also been glad to give back where I can — doing work at cost for my local church and supporting my local preschool — because being part of the community matters to me.

So once again, thank you to everyone who’s supported the business, recommended me, and trusted me in your homes. It allows me to stay self-employed, keep growing, and continue giving back to the community that’s supported me from the start.
