Across North Dorset and South Somerset, three very different gardens are taking shape - each one at a different stage, each one reflecting the range of skills within our team.
On a steep, sloping site, we’re using Stalbridge stone to build natural retaining walls, creating structure and strength that blend with the landscape. Limestone cobble paths now wind through the garden, linking future seating areas and defining routes for access. Once complete, the borders will tie it all together with texture and planting.
Elsewhere, we’re breathing new life into a formal vegetable garden, clearing a tired area and removing an old, decayed greenhouse. Using reclaimed brick, we’re rebuilding the walls and preparing the base for a new greenhouse - a space that will be both productive and beautifully made.
The third site involves a full patio reconfiguration and pond relocation, reshaping levels and building new retaining walls to create a more balanced, practical space for everyday use.
Each project draws on different strengths, from precise stonework to thoughtful design and soft landscaping, and together they capture the craftsmanship and care at the heart of our work.
More updates to come as each garden continues to evolve.
