Omega Geomatics is a professional Land Surveying practice based in Kent, operating across the entire South-East of England. Working with private individuals, local and nationwide practices alike, we carry out a range of AutoCAD surveys to aid the various professions within the construction, design, and planning industries. Services include land surveys, topographical surveys, measured building sur
veys, leasing plans, site setting out, building elevations & sections, GPS surveys, verified views, utility mapping and volumetric surveys. Using digital theodolite technology and modern GPS equipment to measure our sites, we are able to provide accurate, fit for purpose drawings at a realistic cost. All members of the Omega Geomatics’ team are fully qualified land surveyors & building surveyors and share a passion for measuring the built environment and the UK’s ever changing outdoors. We are able to provide a service whereby we are able to measure all types of buildings and land uses, from churches to office blocks and football stadiums to dense woodland. Our wide experience in working with different clients enables us to give the client a tailor made and individual service. We are always expanding our client lists and we work closely with architects, building surveyors, contractors, developers, energy assessors, engineers, healthcare, education, interior designers, land agents, local governments, property managers and structural engineers. When providing a fee proposal, a member of the surveying team will first discuss the requirements with the client, such as required scale, level of information, site extent, timescale and deliverables. Paper copies can be issued as well as digital outputs such as an AutoCAD file or Bentley MX GENIO and other user defined XYZ file masks.
