The Snowdonia Lime Company Ltd. is a heritage lime plastering company working across North Wales and Cheshire, and we’re looking for someone with an interest in old buildings and traditional building methods to join our team.
You’ll typically be working alongside two experienced lime plasterers on a range of traditional and heritage projects.
The role will include:
• Preparing walls and work areas
• Mixing lime plasters and mortars
• Cleaning and general site duties
You would start as a general labourer, but for the right person there is real scope to be trained in the application of lime plasters, renders, and other traditional works.
About you:
• Hard-working and reliable
• Happy working as part of a small, close-knit team
• Driving licence not essential, but the ability to get to Glan Conwy / Llandudno Junction is desirable
This role would equally suit a first or second year plastering apprentice looking to develop their skills in traditional plastering.
It’s a great opportunity to work on interesting buildings, learn traditional skills, and be part of an experienced team.
