Removal of cement repairs and Pointing works completed on the ground floor flat ✅⚒️👷🏼

We removed all of the cement mortar and put in lime mortar allowing the stone to breathe ✅

Looks 10x better and happy to help out as always 👷🏼⚒️

Here we stripped our clients old patio which was becoming dangerous with slabs lifting and a very high step up ❌

We managed to reuse most of the original materials to keep costs low for our client✅

We rebuilt the steps adding in an extra step to make it safer and easier for them to use 👷🏼

The steps are now ready to be rendered

Small area of pointing around our clients window cut out and repointed with lime mortar ⚒️👷🏼

Redressed window cill due to the previous wash not allowing water to disperse away from the building and pooling against the window ❌ A new wash dressed and a small repair to ensure no pooling ✅
