Due to the amount of electronics it was causing nuisance tripping on an older incompatible RCD. This is something you should take into account when having your kitchen upgraded ✅⚡️

Upon inspection multiple transformers had melted which is a fire hazard ⚡️🔥

Recent Electrical Installation Condition Report and consumer unit upgrade in a rental property.

During testing, a fault with the socket circuit was found. This was previously undetected as there was no RCD protection.

The fault was rectified and a new fuse board was installed, providing extra protection for the tenants ✅⚡️

❌ If your fuse box looks similar, an update is recommended to bring it in line with current standards ❌

Recent consumer unit change for a landlord who wanted to bring his property up to current standards and safer for his tenants⚡️

Installation had been tested by another electrician 6 month prior and passed. Installation had no RCD protection for the shower circuit and the bonding was not connected at the gas, all issues were rectified, ready for the new tenants to move in ✅
