Another busy night for our gritting teams ❄️

Slightly raised temperatures tonight in comparison to what's coming over the next next 10/15 days but still give yourself time to defrost the car before heading out in the morning 😂

Forecasts are showing signs of a sustained cold spell in coming at hogmany and continuing far into January with the possibility of the white stuff landing around the 3rd for a few days still time for it to change but I guess we will need to wait & see....

Will we see snow in January? What's your thoughts....

Some of our team have been busy over the last few days doing maintenance on our gritting vehicles—after all, winter is only beginning!

We’ve added two new members to the GDRM family: an Iveco Daily 6.5T and another Hilltip 🙌

Bigger load capacity means no more running back to base to refill during the night, saving us time and helping reduce the time spent driving in icy conditions. Plus, full tracking data from the Hilltip units gives our clients extra peace of mind.

All in all, a solid step in the right direction as we keep improving our service and streamlining routes for the team.

Another successful night for our teams covering East kilbride, Ayrshire, paisley, inverkip & everything in between 🥶

Tuesday looking like road temperatures reaching up to 6° then crashing back down to lows of -4° going into Wednesday morning. Ideal patterns for the big S but we will need to wait and see....

Our teams are prepared for any change in weather with our new larger iveco 6.5t plow along with various smaller plows 🌨️

Remember & stay wrapped up over the coming days as temperatures are looking like they are only going down ⏬

Trees are starting to change colour, grass slowing & the weather changing drastically but it's still all go coming into the tale end of the season.

We have not reshaped this flower beds since taking over and each and every time I go to site it annoys the life out of me 😂

Next visit this is finally getting sorted and I can now sleep at night 💤😂
