We have been very busy recently working on two exciting renovations with .studio.uk and starting the build for the legends at alongside

The Pollokshields project converting two tenements via an internal stair is well on as has the plastering starting today.

The Strathbungo loft conversion has benefitted greatly from the tropical November weather. Fatra single ply and reslate of rear slope this week.

The renovation for Milk is also flying this week and we have more folk from our GTC intro classes back in this week working on the build! Walls and ceilings being insulated and sheeted today. Ready for another workshop tomorrow.
Milk are currently running a crowd funder for the project of relocating to a new space that better suits then, the work they do for folk in the asylum system is absolutely vital. Please consider donating via their page if you can.

Another busy week at Top Drawer!

*Window out, opening cut out, new door fitted and kitchen installed at the Wilton st project*

*New soffits fitted in Dunoon*

*Stairway and finishings at the Strathbungo renovation*

*Acoustic hush panel flooring fitted at the Kenmure street job for soundproofing*

* painting and decorating course with and *

*A trip up the A9 to to pick up Larch flooring for the Strathbungo reno*

*Kitchen ripped out in Simshill, only the SIX layers of tiles! Potential asbestos found, job paused and tested. All clear to crack on with new kitchen next week!

A landmark moment for us at Top Drawer this month as we send Frazer and Des off to college to officially start their apprenticeships! They'll both spend the next 2 years alternating between college and site. It seems like yesterday (it was nearly 20 years 🙄) that James and I were falling asleep (not hungover) on the ferry on our way to college up in Paisley!
