Members of the city's licensing board heard about a plan to open a Morrisons Daily in the empty unit.

Planning granted for this housing development yesterday following submission to the planning committee, which now holds the record for the longest planning process in the office: 2 years and a month since our first formal application, 2 years and 10 months since our pre-application enquiry (to assist and expedite the process) and 5 years since the client lodged his first application for the site. We always get there in the end!
