Bathroom and ensuite.
The client on this development had contacted a number of other contractors desperate to get the Bathroom renewed before family visiting in December. On receiving the call Excel Property Developments had all works carried out a moth in advance.
Not only this we managed to also strip out a renew the ensuite.
The costing for all works were lower than the bathroom quotation alone from previous Contractor’s.

Front and back double dormer loft conversion.
This conversion added 2 good size rooms and a shower room with toilet .
Also included in this development was a full refurbishment of the first floor.
Once again this job added more to the home valuation than the cost of the development itself.
