This lovely home hade a problem with water logging 💧

The old back fence was removed 🍒

A new composite fence was supplied and installed 🍒

A new drainage system was installed and stone base was then laid 🍒

Once the new drains were laid new sub base was then supplied snd laid ready fir the new path🍒

Step by step granite then came in and supplied and fit 2 lovely sets of red granite door steps and made a new handrail 💛

The new paths and patios were laid with 2x2 buff porcelain slabs and finished with a buff chip boarded🍒

The garden area was finished with a buff sea flint chips 🍒

Finish job a easy to maintain garden 🍒

The rear of the property was in need of major ground Height changes 🍒

The garden had 3 meter drop to the Neighbouring propertys 🍒

The hill was dug back and new concrete foundations were poured 🍒

New concrete lego block retaining walls were built 🍒

Once the walls were set the new ground hight’s were set 🍒

The garden was split in to 3 different hight’s🍒

2 new sets of concret steps were built and a new gleneagles grey mixed brick feature walls was built 🍒

The lower area had a new path laid in porcelain 3x2 slabs and the rest of of the area was chipped in grey chips 🍒

The new patio area was levelled up and a new porcelain patio was laid in 3x2 slabs🍒

Step by step granite ltd then came in and supplied and installed 2 new sets of sparkling grey granite door steps 💛

The lawn area was levelled up and and porcelain slab path was laid 🍒

The new lawn was drained and then new turf was supplied and laid 🍒

The new double slatted fences were built in to the concrete block retaining walls 🍒

A new 6ft hight double slatted gate was built between the garage and house 🍒

The front garden then got new 6ft hight double slatted fences installed 🍒

The front garden was in need of a new retaining wall it was built in gleneagles grey brick 🍒

A new 4ft high fence wall built in to the new retaining wall 🍒

The slop down the hill was covered with artificial grass 🍒

The property below had a new 4ft hight fence built 🍒

A New man was installed in the patio area 🍒

A new drainage system was installed in the lawn area 🍒

New sub base was supplied and laid to the patio area and paths 🍒

Step by step granite ltd supplied and installed a new sparkling grey over tread granite door step panels 💛

The new grey 3x2 porcelain slabs were then supplied and laid 🍒

The new lawn was laid 🍒

New grey granite chips were laid complementing the new slabs very nicely 🍒

A new 6ft high double slatted fence was built at the side of the house and a new gate was built 🍒

Job done a very practical and well drained garden 🍒❤️

The mono block supplied and laid in burned oaker coloured mono-block with a charcoal border 🍒
