Still really cold and now the snow ❄️ ☃️🌨️

Well 23:08 and it’s a wrap for today. The team have been working crazy hours to ensure our customers have warm homes.

Most causes for callouts this week are

DIY or outdoor taps that do not have isolation valves and flooded the kitchen (3 kitchens completely flooded this week so far)

Condensate pipes freezing so I have attached another photo of what you can possibly do to help get your system back up and running

We will be back out early tomorrow for more of the same as temp is still in the minus. 🥶
