Recent Rewire + Renovation carried out by Me and a few of the guys for a flat going on the market and to make it safe as the wiring was 25+ Years old.
The Property was also filled with rubbish beforehand and had to be ripped apart and carpets removed as it was unliveable.
This included:
Rewire (Including EIC)
Plastering
Decorating
Wet Room
New Kitchen
New Doors throughout
Flooring throughout the flat
