Meet Our Health & Safety Consultant – John Gallacher

At MCS Ltd, health and safety is at the heart of everything we do. We’re supported by John Gallacher of Croft Safety Services, an experienced construction safety professional with over 20 years’ industry experience.

John provides practical health and safety support across our projects and operational teams, helping ensure our work is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with current legislation and industry best practice.

With a PgDip and MSc in Safety and Risk Management from the University of Strathclyde, John combines strong academic knowledge with extensive industry experience. His expertise covers CDM compliance, risk assessments, asbestos management, accident investigation, site inspections, workforce engagement and training.

John also supports MCS with identifying and developing workforce training and competency requirements, helping ensure our employees, supervisors and subcontractors have the knowledge and skills needed to work safely.

At MCS Ltd, we believe strong planning, communication and continuous development are key to creating a positive safety culture across every project.
