As I move the business back to a hybrid of bathroom fitting and handyman/property maintenance I’ve been doing some smaller projects for clients. Like this old airing cupboard, it contains the pipe work for the adjacent bathroom and we cut away the redundant pipes from the old hot water tank. I’ve boxed in the pipes and fitted 4 removable shelves. Plus replaced some damaged floorboards. Handy Homes (Alan Irvine)

Lovely bathroom to shower room completed this week, helping our client avoid having to step over into the bath. Moving the shower to the opposite end of the room to give easier access and fitting the shower controls in a position where the they can be operated before you get under the shower head!! All form Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms New lighting brightens up the north facing room, and of coarse fully tiled again from Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms

Replacement of a faulty/cracked shower tray completed today. (New one from the much more reliable Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms )…. The tray had cracked around the waste, so as a precaution the replacement has a waste in a low traffic area. Doesn’t look too different from original to replacement…. And that’s the point!! Beautiful new kitchen in a west end flat completed recently. Complete layout change, including better use of the alcove and creating plenty floor space for a dining set! kitchen and real wood floor, worktops, boiling water tap, splash back kitchendecor splashbacktiles

Beautiful bold new kitchen in Bearden, long overdue a revamp…. New everything in here .. including a layout change with tower units on one side housing a tall fridge and separate tall freezer and the oven/microwave!! New tall radiators as what was there wasn’t big enough to heat the space, a change of French doors between kitten and living room, solid wood worktops and an kitchen. Full rewire of course, and the lighting split to operate separately in each section of the kitchen/diner… .g.tiling

Lovely update in the bathroom of this west end flat … it has been a while since anything had been done here so everything needed pulled back to the bare bones. New ceiling and lighting, layout changed slightly with a bulkhead wall to fit a new mailer showed and folding screen to, radiator under the window and matching vanity/toilet combo. LED mirror to finish it off!

Lovely little bathroom we’ve recently completed … with a tricky little slope of stairwell poking up under the bath! Not to mention it was damp and cold so needed insulated and a damp roofing on the exterior wall! But what a beautiful transformation! Especially the antique copper finishings!
