Bathroom ripped out bath installed first fix plumbing done tint complete in bathroom reast to grout it all in morning plaster other two walls have had a couple coats of white paint for me to do my second fix plumbing and onto worktops

Rotten joist removed cut back 1.2m back from affected area new C16 240mmx 45mm joist reinstated patched 1.2m onto old non affected joist drilled and fitted with pressure timber jointing plates and bots and washers spaced 200mm diagonally just to wrap the end in dpc for lintels to be set in and built up to underneath joist height🔧🪚🔨⚒🛠⛏🪜🔩🧱
