Very busy now on the road to Xmas. Had some totally brilliant customers of late. Been really nice to work with them. Helped to find a leak on a drain system using dye to locate the leak. I hope the clients insurance company will help them as to resolve it’s quite a big job

Another crazy we did lately, leak from upstairs into downstairs. When we opened up the floor we found a tonne of pipes pushed together and the floorboards were literally directly on top of them push down on them whenever you walked on the floorboards. It was the house builders installation…..

What a saga today! Out near killearn in a large property with multiple leaks coming through ceilings. Turned out mice had got in and eaten through some plastic hot water pipe. Great job and nice people who lived there
