Our management team is headed by Jacqueline Martin who brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from Local and national companies “In today’s tough economic climate customers expect a high level of service whether they are a national or independent customer, we pride ourselves on providing an equal level of customer service to all our customers”. Our Technical support back up have years of industry knowledge on all aspects of service, installation and maintenance of all aspects of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. Our customers will not be held in a call centre queue and we pride our company on our personal approach to ensure our customers are ensured reliable and efficient advice from our highly trained service advisers. We offer both re-active and planned preventative maintenance contracts tailored to meet each customers requirements. Our maintenance team will evaluate the individual customer’s needs and then offer a value for money solution to ensure your equipment is being covered by the correct package to both extend the lifespan of your equipment and reduce breakdowns.
