Today marks what would be the 100th birthday of Dr Meredith Belbin.

For Esteem Training, Belbin’s work has been crucial in allowing us to gain an understanding of ourselves and each other. All of the Steemies have created their personal Belbin profile which has helped us learn more about ourselves and our unique attributes. It also plays a significant part in our recruitment process too so that we know any new Steemies coming our way are a good fit for the team.

This has allowed us to create a team of people who know themselves well, respect different points of view and understand what they can contribute. We strongly feel that is one of the factors that has led to the Steemies being the ultimate dream team.

100 years after his birth, Dr Belbin’s contributions to the science are still making an impact, not only on a global scale but also within our team.
