✨ Final Project of the Year ✨

With a really busy run-up to Christmas, we forgot to post our last job — but what a fantastic way to end the year!

This garage conversion in an Avant Homes property in Robroyston was designed for our clients, Corrie & Darren, whose growing family needed more space. The aim was to move the kids’ toys out, reclaim their living area, and create a great space for entertaining.

A large downstairs WC felt like wasted space, so we designed clever storage solutions without compromising on style.

To finish, we removed the standard radiators in the kitchen/living room and installed two tall double decorative radiators, adding a modern touch to the space.

✨ We managed to squeeze in a wardrobe install for our lovely client, Roz!

We installed sliding doors for Roz in her previous home, and when she moved, she knew she wanted the exact same design again. Since her Millar home didn’t offer the style she loved, she reached out to us — and of course, we were happy to make it happen.

🛁✨ Bathroom Revamp ✨🛁

Our client was ready to say goodbye to their old, leaking bath and hello to a modern refresh! 🚿

By removing the bath and installing a shallow shower tray, mixer valve, flipper screen, we completely opened up the space — making it feel bigger, brighter, and more luxurious.

The finishing touches were Carrera matt white wet wall paired with white-washed oak LVT flooring for a classic look without breaking the bank 💰

✨ Door Renovation Week 🚪

First up — a blast from the past! We started with these 1970s-style doors and side screens. Our clients wanted a safer setup for their young children and a more modern look. We rebuilt the frames while keeping a 33-inch centered door, perfectly balanced with the room layout. In the hallway, a half-height glazed frame and door kept the natural light flowing while adding a fresh, clean finish.

Next, we tackled a home with oversized frames. By installing new lintels, we brought everything down to a standard door height, added new door checks, facings, and skirting, and completely refreshed this stunning space.

✨ Transformation Goals ✨

From a tired, dated kitchen & dining room ➡️ to a stunning open-plan living space perfect for entertaining 🍷✨

Our amazing clients Sean & Kirsty had been let down by their previous company, but trusted us to bring their vision to life 💪

We ripped it back – removing the internal wall, lath ceiling & cornice – to completely open up the space. The result?
✔️ A sleek 2-tone Wren kitchen
✔️ 2 tall decorative radiators
✔️ Electric underfloor heating
✔️ Stylish mood lighting

✨ The final piece of the puzzle for our lovely clients, Darren & Fiona!

After transforming their space with a bespoke media wall and beautiful engineered oak flooring throughout the downstairs, it was time to breathe new life into their tired, dated kitchen.

We installed this stunning Halesworth Charcoal kitchen, with brushed brass details for sophisticated finish.

To complete the look, COB under-cabinet lighting adds a warm, ambient glow — creating a space that’s as cosy as it is elegant.

A week of both external and internal doors.

Firstly we returned to our good clients John and Claire in Annethill at his cottage project. We removed his kitchen window and installed a fully glazed door and dead light which opens up to that beautiful view of the countryside. We also installed a landing and a full wrap round step to gain access to the garden.

Our second job was for Micheal and Grace in Lenzie. With tired old doors and handles we replaced all the ironmongery and installed 3 Genoa oak glazed doors to bring more light into their dark hallway.

Working at height this week 🌲!

It was a first for us to building one lucky young boy a treehouse in Lenzie. Hopefully he can make some amazing memories with his friends! ( Tree not included )

Then we returned to the converted Lenzie Primary to install natural wall grand slat above our client kitchen. With their 5m ceilings, a large glass window looking down onto their kitchen and having a blank wall they always wanted to do something with it but didn't know what. We came up with the idea to tied it back to they slat wall we installed a while back in their open plan living room / kitchen and it brought everything together!

Out with the old aluminum and in with new double glazed white upvc windows and doors.

A well needed upgrade to a house in Lenzie as the old aluminum windows were causing condensation and internal damage. With all the windows and doors it will have a huge impact on heat lost with low e glass and has a fresh and clean look to the property.

A brilliant addition to anyone's kitchen. With our client looking to add a breakfast bar to their original kitchen in a stunning cottage conversion in Lenzie. We had a task to source the original materials and corian worktops to match as it was installed over 7 years ago.

Luckily we managed to source just enough to get the job done! With the addition of an wine fridge and also adding LED COB lighting just finished the kitchen perfectly.

We also installed white primed MDF beading to create traditional paneling throughout the hallway.

We were in the west this week at a stunning property to installing slat wall panelling.

Our client had sourced a beautiful walnut with a black backing panelling from Woodupp to tie in with his living room. Having an external corner into his bay window he was concerned of how it was going to look but with mitering the full board it lets it flow the corner.

In his office he went with natural wall washed walnut with a grey backing. Again the mitering corner really does have a great impact.

A great transformation from unused bathroom to a busy utility room.

We designed the utility with everything our client John needs and managed to get a lot more storage than he first thought. With ashmead matt midnight blue shaker doors with a solid beech worktop was a great contrast and kept in line with his country style home.
