Yesterday's job in sunny Saltcoats 🌞

Customer took away the olf sliding doors and wanted normal doors so we had to fit a frame to suit and fit 2 primed cottage style doors with chrome handles and magnetic catches.

We fitted a new board to the electrical box with an access hatch to allow them to get into metre board and we also boxed in pipes above door.

Bath panel fitted in En-suite along with boxing in a pipe that runs from sink round under bath 🛁

We also trimmed the bottom of a few doors due to rubbing on new carpet🪚

As you all know on Tuesday night we found out we where finalists in the Home Improvement Awards AGAIN!!
Back to Back to Back!!

Well here it is... our official certificate 😁👏🏻

So on that note I'd like to say a massive thank you to each and everyone of you who took the time to vote for us🤝🏻 without you guy's it wouldn't be possible to do what I do🙏 and I really appreciate you all😃

Just the faces of a team who's made it to the finals again for the 3rd straight year of the Home Improvement Awards 👏🏻

🔨 YESTERDAY’S JOB – LETHAMHILL 🔨

A good transformation on this one 👌🏻

The customer wanted the previous homeowner’s DIY attempt ripped out and replaced properly — so that’s exactly what we did! 💪🏻🔨

We removed the existing work and started again, fitting:

🔹 New timber framing
🔹 Both sides blocked off with plasterboard
🔹 New cottage-style glazed door
🔹 Chrome handles to match the rest of the house
🔹 New facings
🔹 Skirting finished to the customer’s requirements

What a difference already! 👌🏻 Everything is now straight, solid and finished properly and it’s all ready for the plasterer to come in and work their magic.

Sometimes fixing previous DIY work can make just as much of a difference as starting from scratch and once this is plastered and decorated, it’ll look like it’s always been part of the house! 🏠✨

Today's job was in Irvine 🏠🌞

We where working in the home of Scotlands number 1 chip van Joannas Chippy Van Today.

This was a bit of new for us cause normally we'd build these media walls up but this instance calum wanted his rippeed down to just above fire height. We then fitted a solid oak worktop onto it and used 2x1" dressed pine timber as slats behind tv to give the acoustic effect.

We then fitted the tv back onto the wall at a lowered height to suit them for watching TV better and finished it all off with some skirting round the bottom👌🏻
