Stair LED lights!
New oak treads and led strips fitted to each step on an existing stair case.

IP rated LED strip installed into a wooden pergola. Pergola built by with pre recessed grooves.
White conduit along the top of the pergola drops to each strip and feeds back into the house with a wireless switch and led drivers hidden inside a box in a wardrobe.

Recent kitchen completed with Sam, all new wiring, LED downlights, sockets added, outside socket installed.

*Hive heating controls*
Removed an old Drayton wireless stat for a customer who wanted better control over their heating this winter.
They could only use the thermostat to control heating without being able to set programs etc.
With the hive smart thermostat you can control it from your phone and set programs and have better control over your heating, hive estimate you could save £110 per year by having a smart thermostat fitted.

Electrical test and inspection.
For landlords renting properties, house sales or purchases it’s important to have an up to date electrical condition report.
It’s amazing what you find when testing, here are a few pictures from some recent tests, unearthed metal lights and DIY electrical work installed to a very poor standard!
I even found a socket installed on a lighting circuit! Powering a freezer and microwave.
