Mature multi stemmed cypress dismantle done recently 🌲

This one coming out as it it was getting far too big for its space - also had a few storm damaged limbs crashing down and damaging property in the past. Tricky one with a good few obstacles below including bt wires, fences, sheds etc but with the correct rigging techniques there was no damage and the job was done by the book

All waste & logs chipped and taken away 🪵

Mature sycamore dismantle completed last week 🌳

This one coming down due to its heavy leaning stems towards the property, making a mess of the garden, also for safety reasons… decided to go for the full dismantle as the amount that was going to be coming off ( eg. All the over hanging branches / stems ) it was going to leave it severely unbalanced with alot of large healing wounds which could invite infection in

Mature cypress hedge reduction 🌲

Worked with what we had on this one - unfortunately the trees had been hit far to hard on a previous cut a few years back killing off many stems in the centre

so this time we were brought in to get the job done properly to a high standard reducing the hedge by approx 40% to let light back into their garden and hopefully now we will be back in yearly to give a maintenance cut and bring it back to life 🙌🏼

Mature Beech tree pollard in Springfield 🌳

Really enjoyed this one with many tricky situations with a lot below to damage and some leggy limb walks

The customer came to us and requested to have it down to approx 3ft above the not so sturdy tree house 😂 as it was far too big for its space, so in doing that I let them know that this would be quite a severe pollard which they were happy to go ahead with - 1.5 days on this one, they are over the moon with it 👌🏼

Happy new year to everyone ! 2026

Here a few photos of a western red cedar & yew tree we done just before Christmas in Fruchie, Fife
- The customers request was an all round crown reduction of approx 1/3 and for any lower hanging branches to be crown lifted to allow bin Lorrie’s to pass freely and also more access in the garden area. Really enjoyed this one taking us around 2 days
