Big turn around on this cottage in crail that we started at the turn of the year.
Completer rip out back to the 4 outside walls with a new roof, insulated concrete floor, timber kit erected on the inside to give better insulation then all finishings ( kitchen bathroom doors and flooring) all to give a new clean modern finish. Extension was built on the back for move living space. All new sash and case windows and wooden doors were fitted. This job had turned out amazing and the client could not be happier.

We are looking for a general labourer with knowledge and experience of all aspects of the building trade especially brickwork/joinerwork must be from Glenrothes area with transport to and from work provided. Self employed preferably but PAYE considered. PM and we will get back to you
