From empty loft space to two generous double bedrooms and a first floor family bathroom

We removed a ground floor bedroom to create a spacious double height hall with a new staircase creating access to the first floor. The hall and landing are naturally lit with a wide velux window. A dormer extension to the rear creates two generous bedrooms and a spacious family bathroom.

Another successful project delivered by Planmart 🏡

This single storey rear extension was designed to replace an existing conservatory, creating a more functional and contemporary living space for the homeowner.

As the extension projects more than 4 metres from the rear elevation, Prior Approval was required before work could proceed. Due to the significant amount of glazing proposed, a SAPS calculation was also needed to ensure compliance with building regulations.

Planmart managed the entire process for the client, securing both the Prior Approval and SAPS calculation, while also producing the detailed drawings required for Building Control approval.
