🚨🏠 PROJECT COMPLETE — QUEDGELEY, GLOUCESTER! 🏠🚨

Double-storey extension shell completed and looking fantastic! A great project to be involved with, delivering everything from the groundworks through to the finished shell. 🔨

Works completed:

🚧 Concrete footings
🕳️ All groundwork and drainage
🏗️ Insulated concrete floor slab
🧱 Complete brickwork shell
🪚 First-fix carpentry
👊 Structural steel work throughout
🏠 Trussed main roof and warm flat roof
🔨 Fully tiled main roof
✨ Treated-timber porch, built and tiled
🪵 Cladding to part of the single-storey section
🌿 Existing slabs renewed and small patio extended
💪🏼 Complete new boundary fencing

The new driveway will finish everything off perfectly at a later date! 💪🔨

Proud of the transformation and handed back over to our customer to carry on with the internals and they have started brilliantly 🤩

Quartz worktops, Flooring, 2nd fix services and air conditioning install is up next ⏳ 😎

Stroud extension wrapped up 📍🧱

Brickwork complete ✅
Garden wall built ✅
Extension shell finished ✅

A few tricky details tying into two previous extensions with different roof heights and pitches, but it all came together nicely in the end 👌

Good to get this one finished and ready for the customer to crack on with the internals 🔨

Kicking on at our kitchen renovation in Longlevens, Gloucester 📍

New opening is complete ready for the new bifold doors to be installed, this will transform the rear of this property and flood the room with natural light 🤩

First fix plumbing and electric are now complete ✅

The room is now ready to be skimmed out internally ready for our kitchen install date ⏳

We can’t wait to see this one come together now 😎

Kitchen Remodel started in Longlevens, Gloucester 📍

A busy start to another exciting project this week. 🤩

We’ve stripped the space right back to a blank canvas by removing the old kitchen, internal stud walls and lifting the glued-down LVT flooring, ready for the work to begin. 🏠

First fix carpentry is now complete, creating a brand new layout featuring a large open-plan kitchen, a modern downstairs W/C and a separate utility room 🪚

Plumbing and electrical first fix have also started. 🚰 ⚡️

Next up... opening up the rear of the property with a large bi-fold opening before the new kitchen really starts to take shape. 🏠

Quedgeley Extension Update 👷🏼‍♂️

Another round of progress on our Quedgeley extension project! 💪

✅ Structural steels installed to create a fantastic open first-floor and bedroom layout.
✅ Neighbour’s boundary fence reinstated.
✅ Scaffold now removed.
✅ Front porch tiled in.
✅ First fix carpentry well underway.
✅ First fix electrics and plumbing have started.
✅ Windows and doors are now being fitted.

The shell is coming together exactly as planned, with the structure now really taking shape. Looking forward to handing over another high-quality build. 🏠

Nearly ready for the roof trusses at our double storey extension in Quedgeley 📍

Scaffold lift raised today ready for the wall plates, roof and gable brickwork next 📈

Some nice progress being made on this one in the first 3 weeks 💪🏼

Being watertight is not too far away ⏳

Look forward to seeing the end result 👷🏼‍♂️

Another roller garage door installed today for a returning customer 🤩 🚪

Something a little different but nice update from the broken and tired up and over door that we replaced ✅

If you use your garage often and want to maximise the space then these things are definitely the way to go. 📈
