Same house. Three very different layouts. 👀

We’re exploring three ground floor extension options for a Gloucester home, all focused on creating a bright, open-plan kitchen / dining / family space, while also integrating a utility and ground floor WC.

New home taking shape in Cheltenham 🏡

This near-completion project delivers a new 2-bedroom dwelling formed to the side of an existing house, alongside the full refurbishment of the original property.

The design cleverly re-uses an existing garage and single-storey extension, allowing the scheme to maximise what was already on site while creating a high-quality, contemporary home.

As we close the office for Christmas, we just want to say a huge thank you to all our clients, consultants, and contractors for your continued trust, support, and collaboration throughout the year. It’s been a pleasure working alongside you all.

Our office is now closed for the festive break and we’ll be back on Tuesday 6th January 2026, refreshed and ready for what’s shaping up to be an exciting year ahead.

Project involves removal of an existing conservatory and extending the current footprint creating a large open plan kitchen / diner. Two new flat glass roof lights in the new flat roof will ensure the space is flooded with natural light.
