Following a recent unsatisfactory EICR, which identified a lack of RCD protection and a loss of neutral continuity on the ring circuit, we carried out remedial works.

The consumer unit was replaced with a new unit providing full RCBO protection, and an SPD device was installed. The neutral continuity fault on the ring circuit was also located and rectified.

Everything is now safe, compliant, and ready for use with peace of mind going forward. 💡
