Another commercial fit-out project delivered for our client in Blandford.

Our team completed the full electrical installation, including new power distribution, data cabling, LED lighting and air conditioning services throughout the facility.

The project also involved the fit-out of multiple office spaces, a communications room, kitchen facilities and associated working areas.

From initial infrastructure through to the final finishing touches, every aspect was delivered with a focus on quality, functionality and long-term reliability.

Working behind the scenes on an exciting commercial project for SOHO Coffee Co. ☕

We’re currently setting up for detailed ceiling surveys following roof leak damage, assessing the condition of the original lath and plaster throughout the property.

As this is a Grade II listed building, we’re working closely with heritage officers to ensure every stage of the project remains sympathetic to the character and requirements of the building.

Alongside the investigative works, we are also pricing and planning the next stages of the refurbishment, which include:
✔ Full EICR of the building
✔ Complete internal decoration
✔ New flooring
✔ Air conditioning works
✔ Carpentry works

Projects like this require the right balance between modern functionality and preserving historic features, something we always take great pride in delivering.
