Tomorrow, two of our incredible team members will be taking on the challenge of the London Marathon 2026 — and we’d like to wish Adam Teague and Keesha Clutterbuck the very best of luck! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🙌
After months of dedication, training and determination, race day is almost here. We know they’ll do themselves proud as they take on the 26.2 miles in support of Lord's Taverners, a fantastic charity helping young people overcome inequality through sport and recreation.

These shiny new vehicles are fully equipped to support our team on the road, featuring:

With just over two weeks to go until the London Marathon 2026, it’s time to get right behind our incredible team members 🙌

At ISD Solutions, we often talk about resilience, teamwork and going the extra mile… and Adam Teague and Keesha Clutterbuck are truly putting that into action! 🏃🏃

Adam (Divisional Director & Operational Board Member) and Keesha (Compliance Co-ordinator) are both training hard for the big day, running in support of Lord's Taverners — a fantastic charity that empowers young people facing inequality through sport and recreation.

The Lord’s Taverners do truly life-changing work, creating inclusive and accessible opportunities for young people with disabilities and those from disadvantaged communities.

We’re Hiring: Service Engineer

Location: Ideally Bristol to South East Wales (other locations considered for the right candidate)
Pay: £16–£18 per hour

ISD Solutions is looking for a skilled and dedicated Service Engineer to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a hands-on role, providing technical support, maintenance, and installation services across a range of client sites.

About the Role
You’ll be working on shop floor and front-of-house refrigeration equipment, including coldroom cases, cabinets, and display doors within supermarkets, convenience stores, and retail environments.

Key responsibilities include:
• Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment
• Repairs to coldroom panels, floors, and doors
• Refrigerated cabinet and case fabric repairs
• Diagnosing and resolving technical faults efficiently
• Conducting site surveys to support quotations
• Maintaining accurate reports and documentation
• Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in a Service Engineer or similar technical role
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full driving licence
• Willingness to travel between client sites
