These are for anyone responsible for a property’s electrical safety:

🏠 Landlords (most common case)
• Legal requirement in the UK
• Must have an EICR every 5 years (or sooner if stated)
• Applies to:
• Private landlords
• HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation)

🏢 Homeowners
• Not legally required
• Strongly recommended:
• Every 10 years
• Or when buying/selling a property

• Required under health & safety laws

All SWA cable on cable tray terminated into rotary isolators. All wiring protected from premature collapse in the event of a fire.

2 separate buildings complete electrical installation tested and certification issued.
