Global Landscapes & Driveways Ltd is expanding, and we’re looking for 2 experienced Landscaping Foremen to join our growing team.

With work booked up for months ahead, we’re looking for reliable, skilled professionals who can run projects from start to finish and take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

What we’re looking for:
✅ Proven experience laying Indian Sandstone and Porcelain paving
✅ Able to manage jobs from start to finish and meet deadlines
✅ Experience building sleeper and block retaining walls
✅ Fencing experience
✅ Knowledge of all aspects of landscaping and groundworks, including drainage
✅ Experience with block paving driveways (resin and tarmac experience is an advantage)
✅ Own Public Liability Insurance
✅ Excellent work ethic and reliability – this is essential
✅ Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
✅ Over 25 years of age (preferred for insurance purposes)

We’re looking for experienced Foremen, not labourers. You must have a strong knowledge of the landscaping industry, be able to work to a high standard, and confidently lead projects to completion.

Another decking and repointing transformation completed in Woking ✅

This project involved a full decking rebuild along with patio repointing and repairs after the customer had ongoing issues caused by poor workmanship from previous tradesmen a few years ago.

The old decking had not been installed correctly and had very little support underneath, as it was simply laid on top of block pavers which caused movement and instability over time.

We stripped everything back and rebuilt the decking the correct way using solid posts set into concrete with post mix for maximum strength and durability. We also added extra timber supports around the doorway area to cope with the high foot traffic. We used Vintage Weathered Oak Millboard decking to create a premium, long-lasting finish that looks fantastic against the patio area.

The framework was then treated with Black Jack, a waterproof sealant paint designed to help protect the timber and prevent rotting over time. We also installed membrane underneath for a cleaner and longer-lasting finish.

Alongside the decking, we also carried out a full repointing job on the patio. We did not originally lay this patio — we were brought in to repair and improve it by grinding out all of the failed pointing and redoing it properly using Titan “Iron Stone” resin grout, which is a fantastic new colour and gives a much stronger finish.

We also primed and re-bedded all loose slabs to help improve the lifespan of the patio and make everything solid and secure again.

To complete the transformation, we gave the entire patio a deep clean and removed all of the black spots and staining using professional treatments, bringing the paving back to life.

The end result looks amazing and the customer is over the moon with it 👌

garden transformation completed in Farnborough and what a difference it’s made! 🔥

This project included a stunning grey Indian sandstone patio, finished with a charcoal block edge to outline the patio area and give it that clean, modern look. The new steps were installed with charcoal bullnosed edgings, creating a standout feature and tying everything together perfectly.

The flower bed was also finished with matching charcoal bullnosed edging, adding contrast and really making the whole garden pop 🌿

We also created a pathway using Indian sandstone square stepping stones set into black ice gravel. The gravel was sprayed with Easy Hold, which keeps everything firmly in place so the stones don’t move or flick when walking on them — creating a neat, practical and low-maintenance finish 🚶‍♂️

Titan resin was used for the patio joints, providing a long-lasting finish that’s w**d resistant and pressure wash friendly — keeping it looking fresh for years to come 💪

Aluminium tracks were also installed ready for LED lighting, which will create a great atmosphere in the evenings once fitted ✨

🌿 Front Garden Transformation Complete! 🌿

We’ve just wrapped up this lovely small front garden makeover and what a difference it’s made!

The garden was previously sloping, which made it difficult for the grass to grow properly. To solve this, we installed a timber border to act as a small retaining wall, creating a level and more usable space.

We then brought in fresh topsoil and laid brand new turf to give the lawn a healthy, vibrant start. The flower beds were refreshed with quality mulch, and we removed the old 70s slabs, replacing them with smart new paving to completely modernise the look.

The customer is absolutely delighted with the outcome — and so are we! 🌱✨

We also put new grass seed down for the neighbours garden as they are having issues with there grass growth also added grass feed, we did not charge for this.🌱
