We’re thrilled to kick off a comprehensive M&E delivery project across multiple sites in Greenwich. We'll handle everything from initial design to final commissioning to ensure seamless integration and top-tier results.

Services Provided:
1.⁠ ⁠Site Setup – Temporary site electrical and plumbing installed for the Main Contractor for smooth operations
2.⁠ ⁠Full M&E Design stage 5 information & SAP Calculations
3.⁠ ⁠Electrical fixed wiring Installation
4.⁠ ⁠⁠Domestic Plumbing Service Works
5.⁠ ⁠Space Heating Systems – to include Air Source Heat Pumps with Acoustic enclosures
6.⁠ ⁠⁠Supply & installation of all sanitary ware
7.⁠ ⁠Renewables installed per dwelling - EMH is an MCS-approved contractor to include – whole house Ventilation by MVHR system, Solar PV, EV Charging, and ASHP
8.⁠ ⁠Test and Commission all systems & O&M for the client

The project is set to run through April 2025, and we’re already making strides by installing an all-black solar PV system featuring 420W panels on the roof. 🌞

Role Overview:
As an Electrical Labourer, you'll support our electricians with various tasks on-site, helping to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is interested in the electrical trade.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting electricians with installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems
- Preparing and cleaning job sites, including loading and unloading materials
- Pulling and running cables, setting up wiring systems, and installing fixtures
- Keeping tools and equipment in good working condition
- Following health and safety regulations on-site
- Performing general labour tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in electrical work
- At least a Level 2 qualification in Electrical Installation, with Level 3 in progress
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to learn and develop skills in the electrical field
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Physical fitness for manual labour tasks
- Basic understanding of health and safety practices
