Forgotten job of last year, absolute mission! On this one we had to grind down the original concrete surround that had a drain off away from the swimming pool.
We the self levelled, installed decoupling membrane and laid 600 X 600 porcelain all round, into the changing room and external steam room.

Insulated underboard, decoupling with underfloor heating installed.
Tiles installed along with tiled skirting.
Grouted and finished in 3 hard days, rest of the week off for me 🥴

Kitchen Renovation.
On this project, the customer wanted more light into the kitchen space and to have a nicer area for when family are over.
By installing an RSJ, we brought the kitchen and conservatory area together.

New Kitchen installed along with beautiful Quartz counter tops and a lovely Range induction oven to finish.

We at Goat Manor are chuffed with the results and seeing the customers' vision become a reality.
