MNA Group is proud to announce the start of a significant new project at Leeming Bar Services, a key location on the A1 corridor in North Yorkshire.

This project marks the beginning of a complete redevelopment of the former on-site hotel, which has stood unused for some time. As part of our commitment to revitalising and future-proofing essential service locations, we’ll be carrying out a comprehensive renovation that begins with the full strip-out and demolition of the existing building.

We’re also delivering a full package of new drainage and groundwork infrastructure, preparing the site for its next phase of development. A major component of this early-stage work includes enabling the relocation of the existing Costa Coffee outlet currently operating on-site, allowing for improved layout, accessibility, and customer experience moving forward.

This ambitious redevelopment is part of a wider vision to modernise Leeming Bar Services, enhancing its offer to the travelling public and ensuring it remains a vital and welcoming stop for years to come.

We've been busy recently conducting drone inspections across three of our client’s nationwide sites. Each location came with its own set of challenges, with the right planning and the right approach, we delivered efficient, high-quality results with minimal disruption on-site.

Drone inspections are becoming ever more popular due to the benefits that come with using drone technology:

We are pleased to confirm that works will soon commence on a new project in Tunstall, delivered in collaboration with Metalcraft Europe Ltd. The scope of works includes a full upgrade of the building envelope, with key elements as follows:

• Removal of the existing double-skin roof
• Installation of new composite roof sheets
• Upgraded rooflights to improve natural light
• Removal of damaged wall cladding
• Installation of new wall cladding and flashings
• New trimline gutters and downpipes for improved drainage

We look forward to getting underway and will be sharing regular updates as the project progresses.
