Another transformation we’re proud of 👇

We recently completed this area using aged quartz porcelain tiles, delivering a clean, modern finish built to last. Every tile was laid with zero lippage, working to within a 1mm tolerance throughout — the kind of precision that really sets a job apart.

We carried out detailed precision cuts to ensure everything flowed perfectly, alongside installing a channel drainage system fitted with sleek aluminium recessed drain covers to keep everything both functional and visually seamless.

Not only was this a great project to work on, but we were also thoroughly looked after on site — plenty of cups of tea, cakes, and even sausage sandwiches! ☕🍰🥪

This transformation has given our client a beautiful new pathway leading directly to their summer house, along with a stylish patio area perfect for relaxing and entertaining.

The clean lines of the stepping stone path, set in decorative stone, create a modern and practical walkway, while the patio area adds a great finishing touch to the garden space.

From unusable to unforgettable, another fantastic install from the team

Our latest project started with a garden that was so waterlogged, even the dog couldn’t step foot on the grass!

The solution? A simple but highly effective land drain installation — problem solved at the root.

From there, we completely transformed the space:

Installed beautiful aged crema porcelain tiles from RF Paving

Added a sleek channel drain for efficient water capture

Created clean, straight lines from the moment you walk through the gate

Finished with a pair of stylish planters for that perfect touch

To complete the full garden rescape, we:
Laid fresh topsoil
Installed brand new turf for a lush, healthy lawn

Another transformation we’re proud to share! The team have done an incredible job!

Alongside our recent coal bunker project, we carried out a full garden rescape to completely refresh this outdoor space — and the results speak for themselves.

We removed the old conservatory and dated sliding doors, replacing them with stylish new French doors and sleek blind glass, supplied by Window Options. This instantly opened up the space and brought in a clean, modern feel.
Remember the concrete lintel above the doors in the vids? (See pics) where did it go? Magic

The groundwork included new drainage runs to ensure everything functions just as well as it looks. We then laid beautiful aged Raj green porcelain tiles from RF Paving, complemented by our signature raised grass perimeter for that crisp, defined finish.

To top it all off, an aluminium light oak pergola with sides (client supplied) creates the perfect sheltered area, enhanced with outdoor lighting and a set of steps leading to the neighbouring property — tying everything together seamlessly.

The end result? A stunning, functional space our amazing clients can enjoy all year round.

From Coal Bunker / bathroom to contemporary Utility & Shower Room

What started as an old, unused coal bunker has been completely transformed into a modern, practical space that our client can enjoy every day.

We began by stripping everything back—removing internal walls and breaking out the old concrete floor to create a clean slate. From there, we fully insulated the space to ensure it’s warm, energy-efficient, and built to last.

The new layout now features a sleek utility area alongside a fully functional shower room. We installed a high-quality kitchen from Howdens, paired with a modern shower, toilet, radiator, and fittings supplied by Carlisle DIY.

The result? A bright, stylish, and highly functional room that makes the most of what was once wasted space.
